I enjoyed my stay in the well-appointed garden view room, with great service from the staff, particularly at the pool. However, the poolside experience could be improved. they required umbrellas to be closed in the heat, making it uncomfortable. The dining options were good, but a bit limited in variety.

But darlings, waiting for service around the pool felt like waiting for a unicorn to show up—rare and utterly exhausting! And the room could've used a few more cushions, for crying out loud!

Disappointing experience
Just wrapped up a week here, and honestly, not impressed. Had a pool boy drop food all over us and then got attitude when we asked for help. Dining was okay, but still didn’t get some menu items. The housekeeping mix-up left us feeling uneasy, like we had to lock everything up. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We had a fantastic time at the pool area, which was perfect for our family. The expansive pool setting featured multiple seating options and a dedicated Kids Zone that made it easy for us to relax while the kids played. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food from Kalio Kabobery, especially the guacamole, which was a big hit with everyone!
My children wished there were more family-friendly dining options. It would have been great for the resort to offer kids' menus in all restaurants, as it was a challenge to find meals that appealed to the little ones.
